Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time.

 

Note that building 2 is in the back near the new Whole Foods building.  Suite 13 is on the first floor.  If you are entering the lobby from the east side (bike path side), turn right at the elevator and follow the signs to suite 13.  If you are entering the lobby from the west side (highway side), turn left at the stairs and follow the signs to suite 13.

 

When you arrive in the waiting area, toggle the switch for Mend Therapeutic Massage to let me know you have arrived.  If you prefer to wait outside or in your car, text 585-208-8461 to let me know when you are ready for your appointment.
